One of the most popular is The Castle with an impressive construction of 17 meters. In its summit you will see a temple that was full of offerings when it was discovered.

Noteworthy as well is the Templo 8, better known as the Pink Palace, which was an important religious and civic center in the ancient city. It is surrounded by amazing mural paintings that uses mineral pigments and pottery.

As part of the route you will have the chance of visiting the water channels built by the Mayans to get to the Muyil lagoon and then, get to the point where the sea meets it. This used to be an important spot for commercial transactions in Cozumel.
