Inaugurated in 1991, the
Museum of Contemporary Art (MARCO) in Monterrey,
Nuevo León, has in its museography more than 100 pieces of contemporary art located in its 12 rooms (11 temporary and one permanent).
The permanent showroom is named after Mexico. Here you can find the plastic work of renowned Mexican artists such as Diego Rivera, Carlos Mérida and María Izquierdo.
Meanwhile, within its temporary rooms you will find works by various visual artists from both Mexico and Latin America.
