Enjoy a day in contact with nature
The Tata Vasco tourist hostel, unique in Paracho, offers you the opportunity to venture into the forest on the outskirts of this Magical Town, where you will explore and marvel at the scenery of nature that surrounds you. Here you can relax and find the peace you need inside its rustic cabins, you can choose to camp next to a bonfire in the campgrounds and take advantage of the day to participate in various ecotourism activities.
There is also the Tata Vasco Community Park, where it is very common to ride a bike or go hiking, since it has a large space full of vegetation and if you are lucky you will be able to see a squirrel or another guest of the forest.
This “parador” and communal park was inaugurated by Vasco de Quiroga, the first Bishop of Michoacán, known to the indigenous people as Tata Vasco.
