Fruits and vegetables

In the Lucas Galvez market, considered one of the most important markets, you'll find seasonal fruits and vegetables, such as dragon fruit, soursop, guava, tomatoes, chile habanero , chile xcatic or purple onion.

Filled cheese

Dish made using a whole Edam cheese, filled with pork, raisins, olives and aromatic herbs. In the same market you will find up spices, like achiote, recado negro, ground seed, among others.
