Mennonite Museum

Ciudad Cuauhtémoc

It was in 1922 when the community arrived in San Antonio Arenales, formerly known as Cuauhtémoc City, from the Canadian province of Manitoba.

With one of the largest Mennonite communities in all of Mexico, it is impossible to think that there is not a compound dedicated to them in Cuauhtémoc.

El Museo del Menonita (“The Mennonite Museum”) displays a collection of furniture, utensils, and machinery from the first Mennonites to arrive in the city. The objects are a donation of three colonies, thanks to which visitors can enter their uses and customs.
