Valle de Bravo, Pueblo Mágico (Magic Town) is a favorite destination for enjoying a weekend getaway and extreme sports like waterskiing or paragliding. It is also a picturesque village where you can enjoy the quiet tranquility of the countryside.

Be enticed by the charm of its cobblestone streets; take a stroll through the main square while you enjoy a warm esquite with lime or a traditional blackberry sorbet or an ice cream called mantecado. Visit the Parroquia de San Francisco and admire its pink stone facade flanked by imposing columns that have witnessed over 300 years of history.

At dusk, take a walk along the pier and admire the cliff. Ascend to the vantage point and take in the beautiful landscape. You will have a majestic view of downtown, and you can admire the town's vacation homes and churches, and the sacred fir forests that guard the neighboring town of Avándaro.

End your outing in Valle by visiting the craft market. Walk among the stalls of Mazahua master artisans. The brightly colored, hand-woven embroidery of the bags, dresses and shirts are dazzling works of art. Also you could find high temperature handmade ceramic pieces.
