The Arches of the Site is an huge work created by the Jesuits at the beginning of the 18th century with which they tried to bring water to the village of Tepotzotlán. For over 100 years, the work was unfinished but today it is an Ecological Park and a Recreational Center.

WALK FROM THE SIERRA DE TEPOTZOTLAN TO THE ARCHES
Take a walk from Tepotzotlán downtown to the Arches of the Site by crossing the mountains. Enjoy a unique moment in which you can get in touch with nature and challenge yourself by putting your own limits to the test. With comfortable shoes and a good supply of water, start a continuous ascent through a series of hills and narrow roads. Intersperse your effort with spaces of rest in which you will be able to appreciate the landscape.

PERFORM RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN THE ARCHES
When you get to the top, you will have a fabulous view of the north of the State of Mexico and of the Nevado de Toluca. There you will reach your goal where you can enjoy the view of a beautiful 43-arch aqueduct and 438 meters high, considered the largest in the world. Take advantage of the activities that the park has: jump off the zip line, refresh yourself in the river and cross its hanging bridges.
