Meet the sacred spaces of Valle de Bravo
The Palace of Fine Arts, simply one of the points you can't leave out of your route. The Palace is the venue for the Folk Ballet of Mexico. The highest expressions of dance, painting, sculpture, music and literature have their place in this, the maximum arts compound in Mexico. Works of the famous muralists Diego Rivera, José Clemente Orozco, David Alfaro Siqueiros, and Rufino Tamayo, are exhibited in the walls of this place.
It also houses the National Museum of Architecture. The restaurant of the Palace is a superb framework to make you feel as a part of this mid-twentieth century luxury.
Once you sit in the comfortable and refurbished chairs in the main room, the first thing to notice is the opulent glass made backdrop by Tiffany, of New York. It embodies the Popocatépetl and Iztaccihuatl volcanoes, with a certain similitude of the Mexican landscapers José María Velasco and Gerardo Murillo, better known as Dr. Atl.
