Meet the sacred spaces of Valle de Bravo
Hacienda Sepulveda hotel & spa
Built at the end of the 17th Century, the ranch is named after its first owner, Juan de Sepulveda. It is located on the Camino Real route to Zacatecas which is why the ranch was the site of various meetings between Don Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla and other insurgents during the War of Independence. This thriving agricultural and cattle ranch has been restored and adapted as a hotel, keeping its scenic and historical richness.
KNOW THE HISTORY OF ITS FIRST GUEST
Among its curiosities you see that its first "guest" was Pancho Villa, who he took over the ranch, because it was in his way towards the cities of Lagos de Moreno and Zacatecas.
WALK THROUGH THE COURTYARDS
Its interior spaces preserve a Viceregal feel in its furnishings and decoration. The internal courtyard – all connected together – will transport you to the aromas of the old stove kitchen and the clay pots over the firewood.
Relax in the manicured gardens and be impressed by the wide walls of its facades, evidence of its authentic spirit of a rural ranch.
