Every year, in the second half of August, celebrations in honor of the San Joaquin are held in Palizada.

LIVE THE PARTY FROM THE EVE
Book your space a day before for the feast to witness the descent of the patron saint who comes from heaven to earth and summon the different guilds to march every day of the feasts. At dawn, listen to Las Mañanitas in front of the porch of the church and lives with the craftsmen, the merchants, the fishmongers, the cattlemen, the boarders and the bakers.
Have hot tamales on the market and a hot chocolate to take the strength to have fun at the fair. Enjoy the mechanical games, the livestock expositions, the artistic, gastronomic and sporting events.

BE WITNESS OF THE MANGO FLOWER
On the last day,  be captivated by the contest of La Flor del Mango listening to the rhythm of the batucadas. Look at the beautiful girls who participate in the party.

SHARE THE PALICEÑOS HOSPITALITY
Be part of the hospitality and warmth of the Paliceños and open your heart to share the music, the songs and the fliers that enliven the atmosphere every day of the party. On the last day, accompany the procession that takes San Joaquin back to the temple among pyrotechnic games, balloons and bustle.
