Tour the City of Aguascalientes
The best way to enter the soul of Aguascalientes is by walking through Plaza Patria. Feel yourself surrounded by the Cathedral, the Governmental Palace, and the Municipal Palace. Approach the heart of this place and admire the exedra, a column crowned with an eagle devouring a snake. Sit at the foot of this singular monument while enjoying a delicious chasca or esquite made with roasted corn kernels, lemon, and piquin hot pepper. Listen to the bustle of the people passing by. Feel the city absorb into your skin.

Let the ringing bells fill your ears and take a turn towards the Virgen de la Asuncion Cathedral, which rises as an imposing figure on one side of the garden. Admire its detailed stonework and the complex flower adornments carved more than 300 years ago.

Cross the pink stone fence and continue along the marked trail lined with jacaranda and ash trees. Take in the beauty of the central area.
Take a photograph and capture the splendor of the human statues that reflect the customs of this town, along with its stories and legends. Return to your childhood, take a seat on a bench with a bag of peanuts, feed the squirrels, and watch them run through the trees.
