On the Tourism Secretary of Mexico City?s website, travelers can download for free
three itineraries of the country?s capital:Reforma (Park of Chapultepec), Zócalo (Cathedral of Mexico City,
Templo Mayor) and Alameda
(Park).
These three audio guides include information on buildings, monuments, museums
and emblematic sites, focusing on their historical and architectural aspects.
In a section dedicated to museums,
audio guides commentmain works
of art and give short descriptions of historical events.

On its website, the Tourism
Secretary of Veracruzoffers audio
guides on the regional history and provides guides that fully describe the archaeologicaldistricts of Tajin and
Quiahuixtlan, which can all be downloaded for free or sent by SMS to you
phone cell.

Each narrative segment includes 6
files which are categorized according to the building?s name and each file
lasts 90 seconds.
The National Institute of Anthropology
and History provides audio guides on 10 archaeological sites in the country, in which it describes their
importance, as well as the main surrounding buildings.

Travellers can use audio guides in
the following archaeological sites: Xochicalco, Morelos ; Edzna,
Campeche ; Plazuelas, Guanajuato ; Tzintzuntzan, Michoacán ;
Monte Albán, Oaxaca ; Chiapa de Cordzo, Chiapas ; Cholula ; Puebla ;
Dzibichaltun, Yucatán ; El Cerrito, Querétaro and Calixtlahuaca, State
of Mexico.
Apart from museums, architectural
sites in Teotihuacán, State of Mexico and La Quemada, Zacatecas
will also be offered through their website.
