The Mexico Tourism Board presented “Experience the Caribbean in Mexico”
at Mall of America®. For the next 10 days, mall visitors can experience the
beauty and excitement of the Mexican Caribbean by immersing themselves in the
rich culture as they are mesmerized by regional dancers and performers,
exquisite cuisine, and the best the region has ro offer. Guests can enjoy Xipe Totec, a dance group performing
ancient Maya purification rituals, and
savor authentic Mexican cuisine prepared by Chef Federico Lopez, one of the 12
best chefs in Mexico, as he
performs live demonstration and teaches guests how to bring the flavors of Mexico
home.
This opportunity to indulge your senses, emotions,
body and mind is presented by the Mexico Tourism Board, the state of Quintana
Roo, MLT Vacations and Mall of America®.
The 10-day experience kicked off with an opening
celebration where Mexican and U.S.
dignitaries as well as business leaders gathered for the anxiously expected
inauguration.
