Chicago, IL; September 23rd, 2008 — Mexico Tourism Board officials
joined the Consul General in Chicago to inaugurate the Mexico Pavilion at this
year’s Motivation Show in Chicago. Celebrating Mexico’s wide array
of destinations for meetings and conventions, traditional Mexican-style
Mariachis accompanied Oscar Fitch, CEO of the Mexico Tourism Board as he and Ambassador Manuel Rodriguez Arriaga, Consul
General of Mexico in Chicago cut the ceremonial red ribbon to officially
kick start this year’s activities at the annual Motivation Show, taking
place from September 23rd til the 25th at the McCormick
Place. The Mexico Pavilion is the largest both in the show, compromising an
area of 6,400 square feet.Throughout
the next 3 days, Mexico will welcome more than 12,000 buyers and international
suppliers at the Mexico Pavilion, offering guests a complete understanding of
what Mexico’s variety of destinations have to offer, including adventure,
cultural, historical and gastronomical tourism, along with the best in meeting
space, hotel rooms and the most advanced technology world-wide.
