Miami, FL, July 24, 2008, - As head of Mexico’s Tourism promotional arm, the CEO of the Mexico
Tourism Board, Oscar Fitch, visited Miami, Florida where he held important
meetings with key players in the industry based in South Florida. He was able to
exchange ideas and strategies with airlines, important hotel chains, tour
operators, as well as authorities from the meetings & conventions segment.
“Mexico offers an
integrated package where the traveler is able to find more and the best options
in the same place” said Fitch during his recent visit to Miami.
Mr. Fitch was able to share some of
the Mexico’s Tourism
Board present challenges, its marketing approach on promoting Mexico, as well as the tourism
tendencies with important media outlets. During this productive visit Mr. Fitch
got valuable feedback for a deeper understanding of the needs of some of the
most important partners in the promotion and selling of Mexico.
