MEXICO WELCOMES PETER GREENBERG AS HE CHOOSES RIVIERA MAYA FOR BROADCAST OF HIS RADIO SHOW

Mexico City, MX; June 2nd, 2009—The Mexico Tourism Board and Karisma Hotels welcomed one of the most prominent American travel journalists, Peter Greenberg- host of the nationally syndicated Peter Greenberg Worldwide Radio show. During his visit to the Riviera Maya, Greenberg broadcast his weekly radio show, at the El Dorado Royale Spa Resort in the Riviera Maya.

Greenberg, a travel guru who is widely known and respected in the travel industry was one of first journalists to insist that travelers think and act responsibly -- especially in reaction to the fears about the Influenza A H1N1 , and then announced he would bring his radio show to Mexico.  “Riviera Maya and Cancun have great luxury resorts, great service, great food, world-class everything” said Greenberg.

Peter, who visited Riviera Maya for three days, discussed on his radio show the development of the Riviera Maya, and its ecosystems,  gastronomy, diverse culture, history, including scuba diving in the worlds second largest reef, the Mesoamerican reef.
