order to enhance the experience of traveling to Mexico and make the country a
destination of choice for international tourists, sales tax rebates are paid to
foreign visitors who present proof that they bought their merchandise in stores
that are affiliated with a program of tax reimbursement. Tourists much also
submit a request form along with a bank account number and an immigration form.
