China to be honored guest at 35th Festival Cervantino in Guanajuato

Tournament at Playa Mujeres
Playa
Mujeres, one of Mexico’s premier destinations
will host the annual Elizabeth Norman Charity Golf Tournament scheduled to take
place on June 9, 10, and 11 at the prestigious Playa Mujeres
Golf Club.
Amateur
lady golfers from all over Mexico,
the United States, Canada and South
Korea will be traveling to Cancun
to compete in this tournament. A portion of the proceeds will go to local
institutions and NGO’s in their work with Cancun’s
poorest inhabitants.
Cancun has become
one of the major hot spots for golf in the Mexican Caribbean. It is home to
eight golf courses, including the only Signature Nicklaus course in Cancun and the Riviera Maya, and Greg Norman’s
Riviera Cancun and Moon Spa & Golf Club. Playa Mujeres’
Golf Club is the first Mexican golf course to be endorsed by the Executive
Women’s Golf Association (EWG).
