AMUSEMENT PARKS AND RECREATION

Torreon has two ecological parks where children can have a great time in natural areas.

Parque Ecologico Fundadores. Located at the city?s entrance on Blvd. Miguel Aleman and Blvd. Constitucion. This park has green areas, a river, a manmade lake, sports facilities, a track for running and an area where you?ll see flags of various nations. Open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Parque Ecologico y Cultura Las Etnias. Located where the Santa Fe Highway meets the Torreon-San Pedro Highway. This park is known for its spacious green areas, manmade lakes, beautiful plants and recreational facilities. Open Tuesday through Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
