Zacatecas is connected to other Mexican states and U.S. cities by highways 45, 49, 54 and 23. The airport is about 25 minutes from the city center. Mexicana, Lineas Aereas Azteca and Aeromar offer flights to Tijuana, Ciudad Juarez, Morelia, Mexico City, Oakland, Dallas, Los Angeles and Chicago. In addition, the following lines operate out of the city bus terminal: Omnibus de Mexico, Estrella Blanca, Transportes del Norte, Transportes Chihuahuenses, Expreso Futura and Turistar Ejecutivo.
