Transpeninsular Highway 1 connects Loreto to the port of La Paz, which lies 350 km (217 mi) southeast. Loreto has a bus terminal that offers service on line Autotransportes de la Baja California ABC. It also has an international airport that receives direct flights from Hermosillo, La Paz and Mexico City. If you?re traveling from the United States, you can catch flights out of Los Angeles, San Diego, Ontario, Phoenix, Las Vegas and Salt Lake City.
