The Film Tour ? Begin the tour in Durango, where you can visit the Museo Tematico del Cine (Film Theme Museum), which is located at 1006 Florida Street. There you?ll see a unique collection of movie posters, photos and old film equipment, all of which is related to the state?s filming activities.

North of there you can check out the Museo del Cine Rafael Trujillo (Rafael Trujillo Film Museum), which is located in the Instituto Cultural Durango. Outside of the city you can visit Chupaderos, a small town that lies 12 km (7 mi) north of Durango. Due to its great natural beauty, this town has been a filming location for various productions, including "Chisum," starring John Wayne. The last stop on the tour, which lies 2 km (1.2 mi) ahead, is Valle del Oeste, a town that has been used as a film set. This place has been converted into an entertaining Old West-style theme park. It offers restaurants, candy shops and casinos.
