Touring Cuernavaca ? Begin the tour at Plaza de Armas, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast of Yecapitxtla cecina. After your meal, we recommend visiting the Palacio de Cortes, which houses the Cuauhnahuac Museum. There you can see Diego Rivera murals. Next, continue walking along Av. Hidalgo until you reach the Catedral de la Asuncion, which has three churches and a convent. Several meters ahead you?ll arrive at Av. Morelos, where you?ll find the Jardin Borda, a gorgeous place where you can visit the rooms of Emperor Maximilian. There you also can take a boat ride on the lake or check out the Museo de Sitio.
