Near Cuernavaca you?ll find one of the most important rivers in central Mexico where you can do whitewater rafting down rapids of varying classes.

Amacuzac River ? Located 49 km (30 mi) southwest of Cuernavaca. Along this river you can do rafting runs down class I rapids; during the rainy season it has class IV to VI rapids.
