SCUBA DIVING

 

Off the coast of Puerto Peñasco you?ll find an ideal spot for scuba diving and snorkeling thanks to its wide diversity of species, warm waters and the excellent visibility at low tide.

 

Isla San Jorge. Located less than 20 km (14 mi) southeast of Puerto Peñasco by boat. On this island you can dive at depths of 10 meters (33 feet) in waters with great visibility. During the dive, you?ll have the opportunity to observe diverse marine fauna, such as dolphins, sea lions and the harbor porpoise, an endangered species.
