In Oaxaca City you can visit two excellent places that offer culture, entertainment and amusement for the whole family.

 

Jardin Historico Ethnobotanico de Oaxaca ? Located next to the Templo y Ex-Convento de Santo Domingo de Guzman. Here you can see various plant species that inhabit Oaxaca?s surrounding areas.

 

Planetario Nundehui ? Located at the top of the Cerro del Fortin. This modern research center is equipped with a planetarium where kids can learn about the planets, stars and other celestial bodies in a fun and interactive manner. The daily tours begin at 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
