Sayulita ? Lies 26 km (16 mi) northwest of Riviera Nayarit along Highway 200, about 45 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport. This beach is famous for its big waves, making it quite a challenge for surfing enthusiasts.

 

San Francisco ? Located 35 km (22 mi) north of Riviera Nayarit. This is a favorite spot for surfers, as the waves have been known to get very big.

 

Lo de Marcos ? Lies 50 km (31 mi) north of Puerto Vallarta. This is one of the best beaches for surfing, thanks to its huge waves.

 

Destiladeras ? Lies 30 km (19 mi) north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport. This long beach is a famous surfing spot due to its 2-meter (6-foot) waves.
