FRITTERS OVER
DAIRY ICE-CREAM AND
BROWN SUGAR SAUCE WITH ANISEED

Servings:
6 persons
Ingredients:
6 balls Amaretto ice-cream
100 gr. Almonds
18 gr. Powdered cinnamon
300 ml. Brown sugar sauce with aniseed
60 gr. Flaky phyllo
dough
20 gr. Icing sugar to sprinkle
20 gr. Powdered cinnamon to sprinkle
12 pieces Star aniseed to decorate
Directions:

Cover an aluminum cone with flaky phyllo dough, sticking each layer with butter
·
Deep fry in enough oil
·
Drain over absorbent paper to remove grease
To Serve:
·
Place Two balls of ice-cream in the middle
of the plate; place the flaky phyllo dough Cone over
them. drip the sauce on and around it.
·
Decorate with star aniseed
·
Sprinkle with cinnamon and icing sugar.
