In Tepoztlan you can climb the town?s most famous peak, which affords an extraordinary view of the valley below.

 

Parque Nacional El Tepozteco (Tepozteco National Park) ? Located in Tepoztlan, 21 km (13 mi) northeast of Cuernavaca. In this 24,000-hectare (59,280-acre) protected area you?ll find the Cerro del Tepozteco, where you can do various sporting and cultural activities. Here you can climb a 350-meter (1,155-foot) hill along a path with rock formations of various sizes.
