In Tepoztlan you can visit a very interesting and mysterious archaeological zone on the top of a hill. Over the years this spot has become world famous.

El Tepozteco ? Located in the Parque Nacional El Tepozteco (Tepozteco National Park), in Tepoztlan, 21 km (13 mi) northeast of Cuernavaca. Here you can visit the so-called Casa de Tepozteco (House of Tepozteco), the region?s most important and famous pre-Hispanic archaeological attraction. The structure has a 9.5-meter (31-foot) platform and two rooms. Open daily from 10:00 to 5:00.
