In Tampico you can visit a popular beach where you can do various water sports.

 

Playa Miramar ? Located on Blvd. Adolfo Lopez Mateos, more than 12 km (7 mi) north of Tampico. This is the port?s main beach. It is a 10-km (6-mi) stretch of fine sand and has calm waters. It?s the ideal spot for doing numerous aquatic sports, such as sailing, jet skiing and fishing.
