Near Guadalajara there
are several rivers and lakes that
offer a wide variety of species
for sportfishing.
Presa de las Pintas ? This dam was built
about 50 years ago to receive water
from Lake Chapala, which is channeled
to Guadalajara. At this place you can catch white fish.
Located south of Guadalajara between the towns of
Tlaquepaque and El Salto along the old
highway to Chapala.
