In La Paz you can try exquisite fish and seafood dishes. Among the most popular dishes are clams cooked in their shell, which are often stuffed or added to soups; fish tacos; deep fried shrimp; tamales tied in little bundles; lobster; and smoked marlin. As for beverages, we recommend red or white wine, or if you prefer something else to accompany your meal, order a light or dark beer.
