Manzanillo, known as the Sailfish Capital of the World since 1957, hosts important annual fishing tournaments, which draw some of the world?s best fishermen. In addition to the sailfish tournament, participant compete to catch dorado, marlin and tuna, as hundreds of spectators look on.

Playa San Pedrito ? Located on the eastern end of the Manzanillo Bay, at this beach you?ll find the Club Deportivo de Pesca de Manzanillo (Manzanillo Sportfishing Club). Each year this beach hosts important national and international sailfish tournaments.
