In Loreto?s surrounding areas that are several beaches that are ideal for relaxing and doing various outdoor recreational activities, thanks to the excellent water conditions.

 

Nopolo ? Located 9 km (6 mi) south of Loreto, off Highway 1. This beach has fine sand, hotels, a golf course, restaurants and recreational areas.

 

Puerto Escondido ? Located 30 km (19 mi) south of Loreto, off Highway 1. This is a bay with various beaches and spectacular landscapes that are perfect for relaxing or swimming.

 

Bahia Concepcion (Concepcion Bay) ? Located 97 km (60 mi) northwest of Loreto, off Highway 1.  On this bay you?ll find quiet beaches that are perfect for relaxing or doing water sports.
