you can visit a marine park that offers ideal spots for scuba diving, thanks to
its wide variety of wildlife.
Isla Coronado (Coronado Island). Located 10 km (6 mi) north of Loreto by boat.
Off the coast of this 850-hectare (2,099-acre) island you can observe various
fish species. The best spot for diving is the island?s northern
end, where you?ll see coral reefs.
Isla El Carmen (El
Carmen Island). Located 15 km (9 mi) east of Loreto by boat. On this island?s northern and eastern ends
you can go scuba diving among
coral reefs, colorful fish and underwater
mountains and caves.
