During your visit to the
Copper Canyon you can enjoy such
regional dishes as dried meat, peppers stuffed
with cheese, gorditas made of
red corn and potatoes, and much
more. If you have the opportunity,
be sure to try the tesguino, a corn
beer that is very difficult
to find in other regions. You?ll also find
typical fare from Chihuahua, such as the classic burritos, discadas de carne (a meat
dish) and various regional cheeses.
