cuisine of Aguascalientes stands out for its variety and
delightful flavors. Among the regional dishes you can try are the chiles Aguascalientes, sopa
campesina (a local soup) and
lomo de la abuela (a pork loin dish).

pozole (a hominy dish), barbacoa de
