The city of Campeche is located in the state with the same name and its part of the Yucatan Peninsula. Campeche City is a colonial seaside town that was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1999. The baroque, historical center is one of the most finely preserved in all the Americas and is home to Campeche Convention Center XXI, the state’s largest convention center, with 31,140 square feet of event space and capacity of up to 6,000 persons.
The Hacienda Puerta Campeche and Hacienda Uayamon are also great places for events, with large facilities and gardens, perfect for catering, conventions, and weddings. Campeche International Airport has direct flights to Mexico City, Cancun, and Merida.
