Nochistlán, Zacatecas

History envelops Nochistlán de Mejía. From  1532 through to independence, the clear skies  of this Magical Town witnessed the fervent  struggles of its indigenous people, like those led  by Francisco Tenamaxtle. Surrounded by nopal  and prickly pear-covered hills, here, mariachis  transform nostalgia into joy with their song.
