Huichapan, Hidalgo

Declared “Heroic City of the Martyrs of Liberty”.  Since very ancient times, it has participated in our country’s history, as various pre-Hispanic cultures settled in the area; during the war of Independence it became a strategic site for the liberating armies, and today, it is one of the most beautiful cities in the state of Hidalgo, for its architecture in stone which can be seen in its houses and buildings. Natural landscapes, hot springs, traditions and its varied cuisine, complement the magic of this place.
