Extreme Sports in Puerto Vallarta

Bungee jumping, parapenting, parasailing and jet-skis are just the beginning

Puerto Vallarta's extreme sports are not for the faint of heart. If you want to bungee jump 130 feet to the beach, water ski at high speeds behind a motor boat to the other side of the waves, fly over the area to marvel at the beauty of Banderas Bay in a light aircraft, or experience a daring parachute jump, Puerto Vallarta is for you.

You can also indulge your passion for your favorite extreme sports in Puerto Vallarta: parachuting, parapenting, hang gliding, and mountain biking.

All these activities are possible in Banderas Bay, especially in Las Ánimas, Yelapa, and Boca de Tomatlán. Local adventure guides can make even the most cautious visitors want to experience these thrills on the beach. And those who prefer to keep their feet on the ground can enjoy a 45-minute walk in the nearby hills.

Other adrenaline-filled entertainment options include motocross on the sand and high-speed jet skiing.

And if you prefer your action away from the sand, go mountain biking in the hills where there are stunningly beautiful paths to ride amid lush vegetation before resting beneath the palm trees.
